Doubledyneema Alien Skin

Dyneema strength meets Dyneema composite stability. A non woven composite of Dyneema brand ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), the world’s strongest fiber. Non woven Dyneema is bonded to BoPET in Mesa Arizona, using their proprietary process, to create a waterproof fabric with almost no stretch at all. With the Double Dyneema Composite the non woven composite is then bonded to an outface of woven 220 denier, dope dyed black, Dyneema canvas.

The result is a composite fabric that is super light, super strong and super durable. It looks and ages like an alien leather of sorts, and is cool to the touch with a surprising pliability. It’s slightly lighter and significantly more durable than Ultrahigh Dyneema Composite.
